Frequently Asked Questions

1) How many pictures will my final gallery have, and how long will it take to get my pictures back?

--A final gallery will usually have an average of 80-100 edited images. Sometimes more or less, depending on the session. A final gallery is usually delivered in 2-4 weeks, depending on the amount of pictures from the session and the extent of editing that is necessary.

2) How do I download the pictures from my final gallery?

--I use a system called Pixieset. When I deliver a final gallery, you will receive an email from me, which will have the direct link to your gallery that says "View Photos." When you click on that link, it will take you to the cover page of your gallery. Click on the downward-facing arrow at the bottom of the cover page and that will open up the full gallery. On the right side at the very start of the gallery, click on the arrow (desktop version) or the three dots (mobile version). This is the download button to download the full gallery. Once clicked, simply follow the appropriate prompts to download onto your device. You also have the option to download individual images by simply clicking on a desired image within your gallery and clicking the download arrow at the top of the screen.

3) Can I order prints directly from your website?

--Unfortunately I am not set up at this time to have prints ordered directly from my website. This is an option that I hope to eventually offer, but for now you will have to download your photos and have them printed separately. 4) What do you charge for travel?

--In Northern California, I do not charge extra for travel if the location of hire is within El Dorado County, Sacramento County, or Placer County. Outside those county limits, I charge a travel expense of the current standard mileage rate of 58.5 cents/mile from my base location in Greenwood, California.

5) How long does a photo session take?

--I would say on average a session takes about an hour. It could be more or less, but the important thing to know is that I do not limit a session to a certain time frame. I like to be flexible within each session and take as much (or little) time as it takes until everyone is satisfied with the amount and variety that we have accomplished during our time together.

6) Do you have a referral discount?

--Yes! If you are referred to me from another one of my clients, you get $15 off your photo session! When you contact me regarding booking a session, be sure to mention the person who referred you in order to redeem your discount.

7) What forms of payment do you take?

--I accept cash, check, and Venmo.
